How can I track my order?
To check on the status of your previous or current orders, simply access the "My Orders" section in your account. You can track your order through our website or by following the tracking link provided to you after the order has been shipped. It's worth noting that in certain situations, it may take the courier partner a little longer to generate a tracking link.
Where does Revoir ship?
Although we aspire to provide our products worldwide, at the moment, we are only shipping within India. Across India, we ship to a number of pin codes and offer Prepaid or Cash on Delivery services, both. Nonetheless, we are actively working to expand our reach and hope to offer our products globally in the near future.
How long does an order take to process?
We try to get to orders as quickly as we receive them and in most cases fulfill orders within 2-4 business days. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.
What is the earliest time frame for the delivery of my order?
Your order is expected to arrive within 6-8 business days from the date of purchase, which includes the time needed for processing and delivery. Please note that this estimated delivery time does not account for holidays, weekends, or any other non-business days.
Can I make changes to an order already placed?
We understand that it's common to have second thoughts or want to make modifications to your order after placing it. You contact us at support@revoirskincare.com within 12 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes. Please note that once this time frame has passed, it's possible that your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, making it impossible for us to make any changes.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to support@revoirskincare.com within 4 hours of placing your order. It's best to notify us as soon as possible, as once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.
Can I change my shipping address on an order that’s been placed?
If you want to change the address of your order, please send an email to support@revoirskincare.com within 12 hours of placing your order. It's best to notify us as soon as possible, as once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.
My order has been shipped to the wrong address. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the route of a parcel once it has been shipped and we are unable to assist further if it is delivered as addressed.
Do my shipping address and billing address need to be the same?
Your billing address and shipping address do not need to match. However, for security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FAQs
Does Revoir accept Returns and Exchanges?
At Revoir Skincare, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, at this time, we do not accept returns. We do offer exchanges for products that are sent back to us in their original and unopened condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please email our customer service team at support@revoirskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to exchange the product. Please note that shipping charges and cod charges are non-refundable.
Do you allow refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not issue any refunds. We can only replace the product or credit the amount to your account in the form of an e-gift voucher.
When can I raise a request for exchange?
You may request a return for any part of your order or for your entire order if one of the following scenarios applies:
- Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
- Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or
- An incorrect product has been delivered
Is there an expiration date associated with the Revoir e-gift voucher?
Yes, the Revoir e-gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose from several secure payment methods when placing your order, including:
Credit and debit card
Net banking
UPI
Cash on delivery
Can I pay with cash on delivery (COD) for all locations in India?
As much as we'd like to offer COD as a payment option for all locations in India, there are certain pin codes that our couriers currently do not service. To check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address, please use our pin code finder during the checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are constantly working to expand our delivery network to serve you better.
Are taxes included in the price of the product?
Yes, our prices are inclusive of all taxes and GST
My transaction was declined but the amount has been deducted from my account/card. What should I do?
If there were multiple attempts to pay for your order. You may see this as a pending charge or authorization hold on your billing statement, but as the transaction was not completed it will not be charged to your card. The bank often sets aside the funds in anticipation of a successful charge. However, as the transaction was declined no funds have been transferred to us.
Do you charge extra for COD?
Yes, we provide free shipping for prepaid orders and charge a flat rate of Rs 50 for COD charges.

How can I create my Revoir account?
To create a Revoir account, either click on the "Register" prompt when prompted or on the top right-hand side of the page and enter your email address. Alternatively, you can navigate to the accounts section of the homepage and register from there.
How do I change my login email or password?
If you need to update your email address, please contact us at support@revoirskincare.com. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" option.
What should I do if I'm experiencing difficulties creating or logging into my account?

Can I edit my shipping/ billing address?

Are Revoir products Cruelty free?
We are deeply committed to conscious beauty and believe in full transparency when it comes to our products. That's why we can confidently say that all our products are cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals, at any stage of development or supply.
Are Revoir products Vegan?
Revoir is fully committed to veganism. All of our products are formulated without any animal or animal-derived ingredients, and we are deeply committed to ethical and sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.
What is the shelf life of Revoir products?
All Revoir products should be used within 24 months of manufacture.
What is the duration during which a Revoir product can be used after breaking its seal?
The duration for which a Revoir product can be used after breaking its seal is typically within a year. To ensure optimal efficacy and safety, it is recommended to use the product within this timeframe.
Can I use Revoir products on sensitive skin?
Our products are suitable to use on all skin types including sensitive skin.
What is the recommended method for checking whether I am allergic to a product or its ingredients?
Before using any new Revoir product, we recommend conducting a patch test to ensure it is suitable for your skin.
- Clean a small area on your inner forearm/back of your hand.
- Apply a small amount of the product to that area.
- Wait at least 24 hours and check for any signs of redness, itching, or swelling.
- If there is no reaction, the product is safe to use on your face.
- If you experience any reaction, discontinue using it immediately.
