Returns and Exchange
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order on the website, provided the products in your order have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order please write to us at support@revoirskincare.com
If you wish to alter the address or contact number, please write to us at support@revoirskincare.com or whatsapp 9667720665 within 12 hours of placing the order.
If you fail to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier), you will not be able to cancel the order. In this case, you may return the product(s) to us by declining the shipment at the time of delivery, in accordance with our return policy. However, please note a fee of Rs 250 will be deducted from the original amount to be refunded.
A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are canceled within 4 hours of placing the order on the website. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order within 7 business days, please bear in mind that it may take additional time to reflect in your bank account.
Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy:
At Revoir, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may place a return request within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please read our return, refund, and replacement policy carefully.
You may request a return for any part of your order or for your entire order if one of the following scenarios applies:
- Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
- Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or
- An incorrect product has been delivered
Unfortunately, we do not issue any refunds. We can only replace the product or credit the amount to your account in the form of an e-gift voucher.
If a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock, we will credit the amount paid as a gift voucher to your account which can be used anytime in the future. Please note that a replacement request cannot be placed for a different product. You can only exchange the same product you have ordered.

- Gift or accessory missing
In case any free accessory such as gua sha, spatula, etc is missing or damaged, we will ship a fresh piece from our warehouse as a replacement. Refunds for missing product/(s) will not be possible. Please initiate the request from your end within 48 hours of the date of delivery.
Please note that we are not obligated to accept returns for any other reason than mentioned above.
Process for submitting a return, replacement and refund request:
To submit a return, replacement, or refund request, please select the appropriate reason on our website.
When submitting your request, please include multiple images and videos of the product received. Make sure the barcode is visible in at least one image.
Please make sure the images are clear and show the relevant details. If you have any trouble submitting your request or uploading images, please write to us at support@revoirskincare.com.
Once we receive your request and images, we will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days.
Products not eligible for return:
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged or degraded as a result of use or overuse.
- We also cannot accept returns for products that have missing items, damaged original packaging (including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, free gifts, and other accessories).
- We encourage you to do your research and choose products carefully based on your individual needs and preferences. If you have any questions or concerns about a product's ingredients or suitability for your skin, please consult with a dermatologist or healthcare professional before purchasing. If the product does not suit your skin or preferences, this is unfortunately not a valid reason for return.
