Delivery Process 

Once you've placed an order with us, we carefully inspect the products to ensure that they're in good condition. Once the inspection is complete, the products are packaged and handed over to our delivery partners.

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the products to ensure that they meet your expectations. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at support@revoirskincare.com , and we'll be happy to assist you.

Shipping Estimate

When you place an order, the shipping charges will be calculated and shown to you at checkout. Currently, we offer a flat rate for all domestic shipments to customers in India. However, please note that this may change in the future.

Tracking

To check on the status of your previous or current orders, simply access the "My Orders" section in your account. You can also track your order through our website or by following the tracking link provided to you on email after the order has been shipped. It's worth noting that in certain situations, it may take the courier partner a little longer to generate a tracking link.

Delivery estimate

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, with most orders being fulfilled within 2-4 business days. Your order is expected to arrive within 6-8 business days from the date of purchase, taking into account both processing and delivery time. Please note that this estimate excludes holidays, weekends, and other non-business days.

We always strive to meet or exceed our delivery estimates, but please keep in mind that unexpected delays can occur during transit.
